Does it work for tents, AV and equipment, not just bounce houses?

Yes. Every product can be priced as staffed, drop-off or customer pickup, with its own included hours, overtime, cleaning buffer and number of units. Tents, chairs, AV and tools work the same way.

Can I bring my products and customers from another system?

Yes. Import products, prices and customers from a spreadsheet. We can help you move your data and check that prices match your old system to the cent.

Do I need a contract?

No. Pay month to month and cancel any time from your settings. Your data is yours to export.

Can emails come from my own address and domain?

Yes. Connect your own mail server once (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho or any SMTP) and every quote, receipt and reminder comes from you. Quote and pay links can use your own domain.

Do my crews need to install an app?

No install needed. Crews open the crew portal on their phone browser and add it to the home screen. GPS is only on while they are driving to a job.

How do card payments work?

Payments run through your own Stripe account, so money goes straight to you. Card numbers never touch our servers. Stripe charges its standard processing fees.

Is my data safe?

Each business is walled off from every other one, passwords and mail credentials are encrypted, and every change is written to an audit log. Passkeys and two-step sign-in are built in.

What happens when the trial ends?

Pick a plan to keep going. If you do nothing, your workspace pauses and nothing is deleted for 30 days.
