Switching from spreadsheets without losing a booking
A four-step plan for moving products, prices and customers into rental software, with every price checked before you go live.

1. Export what you have
Products, prices and customers from your spreadsheet or current system, as CSV. Don’t clean it up first; that is what the import step is for.
2. Map and import it
Each product needs its units, its price per service type (staffed, drop-off, pick-up) and its included hours. Customers come with their saved addresses.
3. Check prices to the cent
Re-price a handful of recent orders in the new system and compare them with what you actually charged. Differences point at a missing rule: travel, overtime, a surface fee.
We can do this step with you and check every price before you go live.
4. Go live on a quiet day
Turn on online quotes and payments when you are ready, ideally midweek. Bring upcoming bookings across first so the calendar is complete from day one.
